Return Policy

• An order is eligible for return within 3 days from the date of delivery.
• Return / Cancellation is not accepted for orders with custom tailoring including fall & edging services.
• Customers can initiate a return request on the following circumstances

  Return Reason	Resolution
  Item is damage / defective	Refund / Gift Card
  Incorrect item delivered	Refund / Gift Card
  Colour different from description	Gift card
  I do not like this material	Gift card

• The customer has to raise a return request by sending an email to Lakshanaamanager@gmail.com with the order details

• By mere use of the Website, you expressly consent to our use and disclosure of personal information provided by you in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This Terms and Conditions is incorporated into and subject to the Terms of Use.
• With regards to international orders, presently we do not have a policy on accepting returns or exchanges of products.
• The products that need to be exchanged should be in original condition with the Invoice and tags intact as in purchasing. Without original Invoices and tags, returns will not be validated.
• In case of complaints regarding any damage or stain or other reasons must be reported within 24 hours of purchasing the products. We would require an image of the same for us to examine.
• All the Prices of the products displayed, advertised & sold on this website are their maximum retail prices which is also inclusive of all taxes.
